Lets Fly...

For decades there have been discussions and debates about just how intelligent extraterrestrials (aliens) are, or could be. Not only had they mastered space flight, but they seemingly conquered the ability to cross a mass expanses of space - galaxy hopping with relative ease.

Taking the course described in Origins., What about a space born species. Not planetary - but the environment of space itself. What would their physiological state be? What would be their evolutionary process? and evolved would navigate space (migrate) - just how complex would a space fairing race be?

Something More Practical

of Sea and SpaceBefore I get too far on the evolution of extraterrestrial space transportation, I always wondered about our own. How far along will we get and by when? Will technology and its reliance to finite financial resources ultimately short our grasp? Will our science ever bridge that gap?

Does the concept of a sea ferrying turn space ferrying races begin to run against a technical curve devoid of more practical solutions. Our own race into space (1960's) was less about a global human endeavor and more about militaristic one-upmanship between the US and the Soviet Union.

As a species we mastered the Sea and Air, but our expansion into the heavens has been largely held to Earthly orbit. Man is held to a mere stones throw outside our planetary confines.

What would it take for a planetary species to transcend planetary bounds and venture into space exploration, habitation, and ultimately interstellar travel?

A Product of Your Environment

-coming soon-

Space is inhospitable, uninhabitable, and dead. And that's what we are to believe before we even leave the soil of our protective environment.
